Yesterday, on September 13, 2012, Intel Ukraine hosted a Resource desk at TechCamp Kiev 2012. According to the event’s official description, TechCamp is “a two day conference where civil society organizations share current challenges they are facing with peers and technologists and brainstorm how technology can play a role in addressing these challenges”.
At the event’s Resource Fair, Intel CAG had a dedicated desk where we presented of all Intel’s educational programs, exchanged contacts and showed Intel educational content — on Ultrabooks courtesy of SMG Marketing.
We found that Intel’s desk was of considerable interest to TechCamp’s audience of over 100 peopleconsisting of highly-motivated and technologically curious civic activists, educators, NGO staff and students from Belarus, Ukraine and other countries.
